Missoula pilot · independent providers

Bring capable work to the properties that need it.

Patchharbor coordinates property construction and improvement work through a network of independent providers. Apply once with a clear picture of what you do, where you work, and how you operate.

This is an opportunity to be considered as an independent provider—not an offer of employment, guaranteed work, guaranteed income, or guaranteed approval.

Small starts. Clearer scopes. Responsible handoffs.
  • Small jobs and everyday maintenance

A fit for independent operators

Bring your own standards, range, and way of working.

Who should apply

Experienced tradespeople, handymen, specialty contractors, and small businesses who can describe their real service area, availability, project limits, and work quality.

What responsibility means

Maintain accurate credentials, insurance, tax and independent-provider details, safe work practices, clear communication, and the current agreements that apply before accepting work.

Review is a real gate

An application starts a conversation; it does not skip the controls.

Patchharbor reviews each application for the Missoula pilot. Service area, trade fit, credentials, insurance, the provider disclosure, account status, and owner/counsel review remain controlling. The agreement draft is reviewed now and accepted only after counsel approval and owner activation. Availability of work is never promised.

01

Share your working range

Contact details, trades, territory, schedule, credentials, references, and rates.

02

Patchharbor reviews

The owner reviews fit, service area, credentials, insurance, the counsel-pending agreement draft, and the application record.

03

Complete the next gates

If the application advances, account linking, profile completion, current agreements, and any required evidence still apply.

After you submit

You receive a reference and a submitted status. The owner may follow up for more information. Submission is not agreement acceptance, provider activation, dispatch eligibility, customer-contact release, permission for in-home work, or payout authorization. Only later owner/counsel review, approval, account linking, a complete technician profile, and applicable counsel-approved agreements can unlock subsequent workspace steps.

Quick apply

Start with the details you already know.

The staged form saves progress to your technician account. Leave and return later to resume the same draft. A photo, required fields, disclosure acknowledgement, and complete review are required before submission. The provider agreement remains a read-only draft pending Montana counsel review; submitting the application does not accept it.

Review the setup guide

Work, income, employment, and approval are not guaranteed. Patchharbor may require additional credentials, insurance evidence, service-area confirmation, agreements, or owner review before any next step.
